Our GPRS communicators use a dual SIM system: one SIM on the Optus network and one on the Telstra network. This ensures redundancy; if one network goes down, the unit will automatically dial out using the other.

Our control room is graded as A1-rated by the Australian Security Industry Association Ltd (ASIAL).

Our control room always has at least three operators on the floor and has two manned backup sites with automatic failover in case the control room ever loses its systems.

Our monitoring services are provided to our customers for just over $1.50 per day.

Included in the cost is a highly trained team of operators in a state-of-the-art control room, graded high enough to protect airports, banks, and police stations, monitoring what is important to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
